Custom orders typically require a 50% deposit and have lead times of 6–16 weeks depending on the complexity and the maker's current schedule.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all eligible purchases. If a piece doesn't work in your space, contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a full refund, including complimentary return shipping. Items must be returned in original condition with all accompanying documentation. Please note that custom commissioned pieces and final-sale items are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. We do not charge restocking fees.
