Noblelattice was born from a simple frustration: the most beautiful handcrafted pieces in the world were invisible to the people who would love them most. Our founders — a ceramicist and an interior designer — set out to build the marketplace they'd always wished existed.

Today, we represent over 380 master craftspeople across North America, from Appalachian furniture makers to Pacific Northwest ceramic artists. Every relationship is personal. Every piece tells a story. We believe the objects in your home should be worth knowing by name.

We're proud to be a certified B Corporation, committed to fair trade practices, sustainable materials, and the long-term economic health of artisan communities across the country.

Everything you need to know

Every artisan undergoes our 14-point quality assessment, which includes portfolio review, material sourcing verification, production process documentation, and an in-person or virtual studio visit. We accept approximately 12% of all applicants. Our curatorial team — led by our Creative Director James Okafor — prioritizes genuine handcraft, sustainable materials, and makers who can maintain consistent quality at scale. We also consider artisan community impact and cultural authenticity of techniques.

Our white-glove delivery service (complimentary on orders over $500) includes: specialist art-handling packing at the studio, full-value transit insurance, real-time tracking, scheduled delivery window of your choice, careful in-home placement and assembly if required, removal of all packing materials, and a final condition inspection. We partner with specialist fine art handlers across all 50 states and offer delivery to all major US cities and beyond. For large furniture pieces, we provide two-person delivery teams.

Absolutely — custom commissions are one of the most exciting aspects of Noblelattice. Every artisan profile indicates whether they accept custom work. You can message makers directly through our platform to discuss specifications such as dimensions, materials, finishes, and color. Our design concierge team can also facilitate introductions and help mediate the commission process. Custom orders typically require a 50% deposit and have lead times of 6–16 weeks depending on the complexity and the maker's current schedule.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all eligible purchases. If a piece doesn't work in your space, contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a full refund, including complimentary return shipping. Items must be returned in original condition with all accompanying documentation. Please note that custom commissioned pieces and final-sale items are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. We do not charge restocking fees.

Yes. For purchases of $1,000 or more, we offer flexible financing through our payment partner. Options include 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month installment plans, with interest-free financing available on qualifying purchases for the 3-month option. You can select your preferred payment plan at checkout. We also accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, wire transfer for large orders, and Noblelattice gift cards. All transactions are secured by 256-bit SSL encryption.

We welcome applications from master craftspeople year-round. To apply, visit our Artisan Portal and submit your portfolio (10–20 images), a brief description of your practice and materials, your production process, and pricing for your typical pieces. Our team reviews all applications within 4–6 weeks. If your work aligns with our standards, we'll schedule a studio visit or virtual consultation. Accepted artisans keep 78% of all sales revenue — the most generous split in the premium craft marketplace industry. There are no listing fees.
